You're going to need a slotted sleeve coupling to go over both header and muffler input, installed with hose clamps for a tight seal. Check in auto supply stores...they stock several sizes. You can buy generic chrome heat shields to hide the joint...see the Dennis Kirk catalog. You'll also have to get some suitable steel flat stock and drill and bend it to make the connection from muffler to stock hanger. Home Depot has a good variety of the stuff in several thicknesses and widths. I'm not sure about how to install fiberglass packing in a muffler. Some use undersize baffles with a glass blanket wrapped around the baffle so it won't blow out, but I really can't advise on the best way to do this, or the effect it will have. Perhaps others on the Forum can help.
